Here’s something I want to try, since I think that the ‘lack of inspiration’ may be a cause to not eating the proper way. I’ve come to realize that both my boyfriend and I often found ourselves in the evening asking ourselves what we’re going to eat, and this just as often ends up in us cooking pasta or somethign equally “easy”. Add to this the fact that we take our decision at hours like 8 pm, when we already feel ravenous; this indeed leads to choosing what look like “filling” foods.
Therefore, I want to try to write down plans for our meals, not necessarily for the whole week, but at least day to day, so that I don’t have to ask myself too many questions, and can switch to automated cooking mode.
I don’t know if it’ll work. However, I know it can’t harm!

It sounds like a pretty good idea. Did it work out for you?
