Stop watching reruns of “The Nanny” on TV at noon, Kery. There are two episodes each time, which makes meal time last twice longer than usual when including the advertisements and 1 pm news, and this sooo makes me feel like grabbing more food than I need. Watching TV alone is still one of my weak points, I’ve realized it the hard way in the past few days. Argh. Fortunately, there’s this thing called “recorder”, that will prove very useful, now that I’ve restocked on tapes.
Blessed be I for having a dog instead of a kid, else said kid would be running to the nearest store each day to fetch ice-cream and cookies for me while I remain sitting on the couch watching the episode with delight. Since there’s no way for me to teach that to Vulcain, I’m safe.
And yes, I know, it may not be the best show around, but it’s one of the few watchable things we currently have, and I’ve already watched again and again and again our Farscape and Babylon 5 DVDs!

Do I need help because of the food, or because I watch “The Nanny”?

lol. Watching the nanny. I can’t talk to anyone about what they eat.
